Central Plains Chapter Meeting:

"Network Traffic Analytics", Mark Overholser

Presentation: Mark will be talking about Network Traffic Analytics (NTA), Network Detection and Response (NDR),
and how these spaces intersect, with practical examples of how these technologies can help organizations level up
everything from closing tickets to incident response and threat hunting. Practical, open-source software will be
discussed as a way for people to get started with NTA/NDR without breaking the bank.

Speaker Bio: Mark Overholser is an InfoSec junkie, who was the team lead of Information Security
at a multibillion-dollar medical supply company before jumping into the Silicon Valley startup world,
where he has spent his time for the last nine years.
He has a passion for technology, InfoSec, open-source technologies, and teaching.
