"Private Sector Cyber Task Force", Chris Lamb, FBI
Chris Lamb was a Communications Officer in the USAF. He worked in the private sector IT space and then as a CIO for a Dot-com before joining the Bureau in 2004. Chris has
been with the FBI for 10 years. He worked public corruption for a year in Springfield, Illinois, and then switched over to Cyber. Special Agent Lamb has been working Cyber
since then with assignments in San Antonio, Texas, and now Kansas City. He has a B.S. in Computer Information Systems, a Masters in Psychology, and a PhD in IT/Information
Assurance/IT Security.

The Kansas City Cyber Task Force has been in existence for a little over a year now. Today it officially consists of agents and officers from the FBI, Secret Service, and
Kansas City Police Department, with law enforcement partners expected to grow as space becomes available. Partnerships with the private sector have largely been ad hoc and
as needed. The purpose of this meeting is to formalize the partnership and allow the private sector partners to help define the parameters of this relationship.

- Competing Goals of NetD and Intelligence Collection.
- What can the federal entities offer the private sector?
- Intelligence-based incident response.
- DOE presentation on the Windows Logging Service.
- STIX/TAXII/CybOX presentation (stix.mitre.org).
- How do we address confidentiality and non-attribution?
- How do we communicate and share information?
